Rubies in the Rubble
This year East London Design Show is delighted to support Rubies in the Rubble
Delicious homemade chutney and jam that cares about issues of unemployment, social exclusion and waste.
To address our current culture of excessive waste we use, as much as possible, surplus fruit and vegetables (before they are discarded) to make the chutney and jam.
We also aim to bring about change in the local community by employing people who are struggling to get back into work.
