Product Of Your Environment
Proudly introducing her first 'family' of design-led gifts and products for the home, ELDS will be Rebecca's 3rd show after launching her company Product Of Your Environment in September.
Products are divided into 'family' ranges related by concept rather than pattern or form. The launch range 'The Nostalgic Family' features three products inspired by childhood objects;
Castles In The Sky - a sandcastle bucket is re-invented in the form of a Towerblock and doubles as a vase for a great dinner table conversation piece; JigsawJigsaw - a wooden jigsaw carries the image of its electrical power tool namesake and a traditional style school exercise-book is re-incarnated as the 'Exorcise Book'.
Conceptual yet commercial, fun and functional, POYE products have ambitions beyond sitting around looking pretty. All functional, some dysfunctional. Like that long lost cousin you haven't seen for years; you recognise them but there's something a bit different.......
