Charlene Grandison is a young designer from North West London.
Her passion is functional style & the concept of dress & identity.
Upon the successful completion of a BA Hons Degree in Applied Arts and Fashion, she has set about building and creating an unique fashion label which represents youthful extravagance, British spirit & state of mind.
'Style for life' is the ethos behind the brand and the driving force behind the talented young London designer.
C.Grand London celebrates expression, individualism and communication through style and fashion. Brought up in Notting Hill, Grandison strives to bring a sense of personal identity to her designs by combining heritage and characteristics with a distinctive British style. Britain's beautifully diverse and integrated society is honoured by luxurious fabrics, prints and colours all sourced from 'home grown' suppliers and stitched with time and care.
Yves Saint Laurent lived and worked by the idea that "fashions fade but style is forever" and C.Grand London's timeless designs stay true to that belief, offering vintage for the future that is made to grow and evolve with the age and beauty of each individual piece.
Designer's statement
I am fascinated and inspired by the concept of dress.
Styling with intention, purpose or function, is the altering of our appearance to project and communicate.
As a designer, I aim to challenge stereotype & as a brand, I hope to dress it.
